The cherry puree is for the ice cream. I am thinking of stirring some grated chocolate in with the toasted almonds at the halfway mark, what do you think? Black Forest Ice Cream?

I dunno, FXH, I guess cause I love Romas and everyone said they were easy. Given my raving success this year, I might branch out next summer.
Jury's still out on the cucumbers, but.
You can't go past dark chocolate and cherry. Mmmmm. We had little pieces of dark choccky with ours and it Was Good.
Also, I had no redcurrant jelly so used pomegranete molasses which worked a treat.
(And for putting text on ur cat, paint.net is an excellent free image editing program if you don't need the full (and expensive) photoshop options)
