That reminds me of a Fat Freddy's Cat comic from many years ago. The cat has just done some amazing catrobatics, seen only by Fat Freddy. When he attempts to cajole the cat to do it again in front of witnesses, it just sits motionless with the think bubble, "Time for your three hour Zen meditation lesson, Freddy."

Which reminds me of the Loony Tunes cartoon with the singing frog. ('Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my ragtime gaaaaal ...')

Indeed. You've seen it too, then. (In fact I suspect, on reflection, that the FFC comic is a tip of the straw boater to the cartoon.)

my Archiving of a hundred of those ICHC? emails is my secret vice.

(cats love cheese, and pet-guru Dr.Harry says its OK to feed it to them)

... so, our mutual frames of reference including old Warner cartoons and Furry Freak Bros Comix says something?

There are chunks of 'cheese' in some sorts of cat food these days. It's important to make sure the lactose-intolerant cat doesn't get it, unless midnight bottom explosions are one's idea of fun.

The newest edition has a bookshop kitty answering a customer request for something on Cat Obedience Training? with
"that would be over in Fiction"
...
and Ernest Hemingway said
"one cat just leads to another"
so read on

"Cat Obedience Training"

You may be stressing the wrong word there.

Also, the captcha for this comment was
"yozwkfha"
which sure sounds like Cat for "work that can opener good, monkey boy."
