Yes, I have jasmine all down the long side fence and it is about to pop. (That yellowy-white flowering vine is called Bower of Beauty -- it only blossoms like that for about one week out of 52, but whenever I go to pull it down off the garage wall I remember how beautiful it is in flower.)
The garden is rather less than the sum of its parts, unfortunately, but this is definitely its best time of year.
