Both cats prefer to get cosy on black or white garments, but a pile of freshly-laundered 'protect the furniture from cat hair' polar fleece throws will do in a pinch.
That's a very nicely composed shot, the colours are great. The Little Professor does the Friday moggy blogging thing occasionally too - it's a transPacific thing, is it? Well, anon, my cats are exclusively inside cats, so they are both very clean. Also, the three folded blue throws, which have just been washed, are the cats' own blankets.
But I think you're just an ailurophobe, aren't you.
Genevieve, thanks very much for that link to the Little Professor, whose blog was unfamiliar to me but whom I know under her own name from the VICTORIA list. The 19thC was my other main research field in my former academic life so I'll be blogrolling that one shortly -- it looks terrific.
