Here are some names that are either no longer 'news' or never were 'news' in the first place, and that one wishes, however unrealistically, never to see in the 'news' again:

    Enemy Combatant sez...

    Could be a forlorn hope with David Hicks, Pav; can sense a Peter Jackson film in the ether starring David Wenham. Eric Bana as Major Mori. Hicks is going to have to feed himself when he's out of stir in 08.

    Aside from her "news" profile, thought Angelina Jolie played an excellent role in "The Good Shepard". Didn't tumble that it was she, till well into the movie due to the demands of an absorbing plot.

    A hunnert percent accord with Paris being on your "news" dudgeon list.
