ABC cricket commentators give weapon metaphor punishing workout

  3. I think one of the Channel 9 commentators described Michael Parkinson's wife as "Sir Lady Parkinson".

  7. I think one of the Channel 9 commentators described Michael Parkinson's wife as "Sir Lady Parkinson".

    That was Mark Nicholas interviewing Parky during the Lunch Show - or the Luncheon Show, according to Bill Lawry - and he was joking about what to call Parky's wife after he'd asked Parky how he like to be addressed.
